SWR is expected to complete railway electrification on Hassan-Mangaluru section, including 55 km Sakleshpur-Subrahmanya Road Ghat section under the Mysuru-Hassan-Mangalore including Hassan-Arsikere Railway Electrification Project by June 2024.
