CIL records 13.6 per cent increase in coal dispatch through railways in October 2023

In October 2023, the Coal India Limited (CIL) has carried a total of 31.48 million tonnes (mt) of coal through railways which resulted in escalation of coal dispatches by 13.6 per cent when compared to corresponding period in 2022.
