Dineshchandra R Agrawal Infracon Private Limited has emerged as the lowest bidder for civil works in 28 km long Sendurgarh-Bhadi section (Package 3A) under the Gevra Road-Pendra Road new railway line project (Chhattisgarh east-west railway corridor). The scope of work includes earthwork for railway formation, blanketing work, minor bridges, major bridges, road-over-bridges, road-under-bridges, station building and other service buildings, staff quarters, platform works including general electrical works. The firm has quoted an amount of Rs 3.17 billion. The bids for the same were invited by IRCON International Limited in April 2021. The work on Packages 3A is expected to be completed in a period of 18 months.

The Gevra Road-Pendra Road new railway line project involves development of a new broad-gauge line spanning 135 km to connect Gevra Road and Pendra Road in Chhattisgarh. It entails an investment of Rs 49.70 billion.
